Where do lessons take place?
All lessons are held via Zoom. All you need is a decent internet connection and somewhere quiet to sit.
What level do I need to be?
Complete beginners are very welcome. Laylla works with all levels — from zero to advanced. The free trial helps her understand where you are and where you want to go.
What happens after I buy a lesson pack?
After payment you'll receive a private booking link to schedule each session at a time that works for you. Sessions don't expire — use them at your own pace.
Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Yes — how much notice you need depends on your plan: 24 hours for single lessons, 12 hours for the 5-lesson pack, and 6 hours for the 10-lesson pack. Late cancellations inside your plan's window may count as a used session.
What if I'm not happy after the trial?
